The winners of the Political Book Prize have been announced!

On the evening of Thursday, April 6, National Assembly Vice-President François Gendron presented the awards in a ceremony held at the Scène des Rendez-vous littéraires as part of the Salon international du livre de Québec Book Fair.

Be sure to watch for details on 2018 submissions. The contest is open to authors and student who publish a book (i.e., on paper) between January 1 and December 31, 2017. A total of $ 14,500 in prize money will be awarded.
Political Book Prize winners and runners-up gather for a roundtable discussion
On Sunday, April 9 at 10:00 a.m., the Scène des Rendez-vous littéraires of the Salon international du livre de Québec Book Fair will host authors come to discuss writing the history of political parties. Led by facilitator Gisèle Gallichan, the roundtable will spotlight political books and give visitors an opportunity to discover this literary genre. Don’t miss it!
