Generate a Petition in PDF Format

To generate a petition in PDF format:

  • Fill out the “Subject”, “Text” and “Name and Contact Details of Petition Originator” fields of the form. The “Text” field must contain no more than 250 words.
  • Click on the “Generate PDF File” button.
  • Save the PDF file on your computer.

You may then print the file and circulate the printout to collect signatures.
