This is the report by the Independent Advisory Committee on the conditions of employment and pension plan of the Members of the National Assembly. The Committee was made up of the Honourable Claire L’Heureux-Dubé, retired Supreme Court of Canada Justice, the Honourable Claude Bisson, retired Chief Justice of the Québec Court of Appeal and Assemblée nationale Jurisconsult, and François Côté, Secretary General of the Assemblée nationale from 2001 to 2010.

The report includes 31 recommendations concerning, among other things, the indemnities, transition allowance and pension plan of MNAs.
