Photographs, antique dishes and reproductions of the plans for the first Café du Parlement are on exhibit.

Environmentally friendly take-outs

All Café du Parlement meals can be taken out.

Plates, glasses and covers are made with materials such as oxobiodegradable polypropylene, polylactic acid, potato starch and bagasse, and are completely biodegradable.
