As a parliamentary institution, the National Assembly administration is proud of the solid values it upholds. In addition to adhering to the Québec public administration’s statement of values, it endorses the following values:
Living together as a community
At the National Assembly, maintaining a healthy, harmonious work environment for all is a top priority. This commitment has gone from mere words to deeds with the implementation of its Living Together Strategy. This strategy aims to nurture a culture of respect and inclusion, in particular, by making significant efforts to promote respectful, civil relations, as well as to value diversity and difference in all its forms.
