As an intern at the Financial Resources, Procurement and Audit Directorate, you will be required to

• participate in the budget and accounting operations of an institution that has an annual budget of $140 million, as well as five heritage buildings where 1,300 employees work;
• advise the institution on the application of accounting principles in the Québec government’s unique context; such principles foster development, creativity and innovative solutions;
• determine the accounting treatment applicable to all financial operations related to a variety of activities, including those of two restaurants and a gift shop, and of House officer and riding offices;
• advise MNAs on the budgets allocated to them for their parliamentary functions.
