All content posted by the Assemblée nationale on its website, including

- images (including the Assemblée’s logo),

is the property of the State (the Assemblée nationale). Unless otherwise indicated, the rights of the Assemblée nationale apply to all documents, data, compilations and other works that it produces, publishes, disseminates or shares, whether the documents are official or administrative, or of any other kind.
The Assemblée nationale authorizes the reproduction of these works, free of charge, under the following conditions:
- the use is reasonable, fair, non-commercial and non-profit,
- the content is not modified or altered,
- the use does not adversely affect the honour or reputation of the Assemblée nationale or of the persons whose likeness or voice is found on the institution’s website, and

Terms of Use of Content for Commercial Purposes
Content published on the Assemblée nationale website may not be used for commercial or promotional purposes without prior permission from the Assemblée nationale. This also holds for images (photos, videos, diagrams, tables, etc.) and bills.

Integrity of Information
The Assemblée nationale
- guarantees the integrity of the information at the time it is posted on the website but not after that time; and
- is not responsible for documents, data or other content that are modified in any way before or after they are downloaded.
