Consulting a Petition Presented in the National Assembly
On August 27, 2026, at 11:30 a.m., the Lieutenant-Governor dissolved the Assemblée nationale, calling the next Assemblée to meet on Tuesday, November 17, 2026. The call for an election ended the 43rd Legislature.
Under the Standing Orders of the Assembly, petitions die when the Assemblée is dissolved. Those listed as "presented but unanswered at dissolution", however, may still be viewed online.
The following is a list of the petitions tabled in the Assemblée nationale since September 2009.

The time limits between the presentation of a petition to the Assemblée and the tabling of the answer from the Government are set forth in the Standing Orders of the National Assembly. The Standing Orders also indicate that the time limits shall not run during certain periods of the year (extended hours of meeting, weeks allotted for work in the electoral division, examination of the estimates of expenditure, adjournment for more than fifteen days).
