Notice of changes to the Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy will be updated to provide information on the following:

• Online purchases at the Assemblée nationale’s La Boutique gift shop: La Boutique uses the services of external providers, such as Shopify, Moneris and Purolator, for the processing of online purchases;
• Calls for projects or for products: information identifying the applicant and concerning the application (reasons, background, past achievements, etc.) is collected through forms;
• reCAPTCHA: this Turing test, developed by Google, is used to determine whether a user of the Assemblée nationale website is a human or a bot. The information collected may vary depending on whether the user is connected to their Google account.

The changes will come into effect on: December 4, 2025
