Current areas of competence

Pursuant to a motion carried by the National Assembly on 4 December 2009, a Committee has been established for the purpose of examining the issue of dying with dignity. A general consultation will be held on the subject. The Committee shall begin its proceedings immediately upon receiving a consultation paper by the Committee on Health and Social Services.
